Don't think this will be very helpful, but i had a lump removed off of one of my Corso's chin and a small one on the inner ear. The chin was the size of a quarter, had to be lanced and sown shut, don't know what caused it, don't think the vet knew, but it's never come back. It looked to me like an acne cist (spelling?) it seemed like an acne infection under the skin grew into a cist like ball. Does your Corso get acne?
