Pete , I do most of my hunting alone ...the only witness is the smurf I carry around in my pocket that climbs trees for me....he's real handy with a blade. If nothing I say rings true to your ears don't worry about it , I seldom listened to folks who had made the mistakes I have made when they gave me advice either ....but in a few years if you haven't given up you'll see the difference in knowing it and learning it ....and man will you laugh . I would like for you to do one thing though , seriously ....keep the bucket you sit on when you're watching your new pups grow up and dreaming about all the future breedings you'll make and coyotes they'll catch ...keep it around as a reminder to yourself and see if the sight of that bucket don't bring you some chuckles in years to come .
