My fathers service in Korea

Posting this for my son who is presently serving in the 1-27. We have a picture of my father in Germany (near Bad Tolz) around 1950 with a 25th Div patch on his arm. I thought he mentioned the Wolfhounds.My son would love to know if his grandpa was in the Wolfhounds. Can anybody help ?
