Joseph Wills, convict per Elphinstone 1836

Has anyone researched a convict, Joseph Wills, transported to Hobart per the Elphinstone 1836? He was convicted at the Stafford Quarterly Sessions in 1835 for stealing a pocketbook. His place of origin was given as 'Heeston' (presumably Easton), 'near Wells' (presumably Somerset).
I would particularly like to find out anything about him after 1844, so that I can cross him off my list of likely candidates for a Joseph Wills I am researching. I have a (different or not?) Joseph Wills (of exactly matching age) whose history I know in some detail from 1844 to 1870, but whose origins are a complete mystery to me - other than that he claimed that he arrived in Adelaide from Hobart in 1844.
