Bonzai Hill, Kent - anyone know it?

While we were at Queendown Warren on Sunday (lovely place btw) we met a couple who told us about one of their favourite spots - Bonzai Hill. They said this nickname arose because the soil was shallow and that made the trees small. I thought I would be able to find it with a web search, but no luck. Can anyone help?
