Hello Peter. Sorry for extremely long delay. Sadly my mother died and also many other things have been keeping me extremely busy and so I haven't checked in for ages. I am now in the process of buying a rather lovely village house in Colmenar in the Alpujarras (north of Malaga. about 25 mins by car).My intention is to rent it out to tourists, especially those with an interest in wild flowers. It is close to El Torcal...a wonderful natural park with many exciting species such as wild peonies and orchids. I hope to have completed the purchase in time for the spring flowers aned will let you know more about the accommodation, rates etc if you are interested. Also if you and your wife are thinking of visiting this area in the spring time anyway, it would be lovely to meet up and enthuse about plants! I look forward to hearing from you.
