Just noticed these messages asking about Orkney.
We saw Primula Scotica on Westray two years ago (August). We can give you more detailed directions to the place where they can be found. Lovely Island - not many places to stay - we were at the Pierowall Hotel - the local pub/hotel with great fresh crab and fish'n'chips to eat there.
