Dave Jolly, Barry Shaw and I went to Orkney a few years ago and did a sort of come and find with very few good results. We couldn't find Primula scotica at the known site and found only one small plant of Mertensia. Perhpas you know of some good sites though.
The Cathedral was interesting.
