Hello Richard,
I think you are rewferring to the website. The lack of addresses and telephone numbers is deliberate. Putting them on will put the secretaries at risk from spammers. The full information you want is available on pages 57 to 60 of the Autumn 2009 magazine which should arrive this week if it hasn't already.
