Any thoughts about why ash trees are not coming into leaf properly this year? In East Kent they seem to be struggling to produce scattered leaves, and there seem to be a lot of apparently 'dead' twigs. We have always taken ash for granted ... it can't be drought because it rained all the winter, and all neighbouring trees seem fine.
