I use Marjorie Blamey's "Alpine Flowers of Britain and Europe" (Collins Field Guide). I think it's out of print but you can easily pick up copies at abedotcom. On the down-side it can be a bit general in places but I've found it is the best field guide for me as the illustrations and key identification features are excellent.
