I suppose you could count Myrica gale as well if you've ever smelt a good bog on a still hot day in July, and Empetrum nigrum is faintly aromatic in large doses. Calluna vulgaris likewise is faintly scented but only really noticeable in large doses unless you're a bee However, I can't think of any exclusively upland plants in the UK which are strongly scented.
