i was there and was directly involved.....all we needed was 12 tires to make everyone have more than enough tires to run this race, we were going to use MY truck to go get them and rick called IS and they said NO...i kinda doubt 12 tires would of hurt IS. but it would of made a better show at least for me so i didnt have to start with only two new tires for the whole race.....i knew i was bringing a knife to the gunfight when that call was made but i made the best of it. there were only a couple of cars that started on 4 new tires because of the lack of tires....IS could of made it alot easier and probably mend some bad feelings, but like they always do the just dig the hole deeper....now i personally dont know if it was Lester that was directly involved, but he is the captain of that ship.......and if the ship sinks he should go down with it......i also want to thank Rusty Stewart and his crew for the use of his car , we
had a shot at it till our misfortune on the break. and also Kevin Hocking for the camera and spotting he did for me.....thanks
