Its like this. Lets say there are 25 cars. They start 20 cars in the first 100 lapper. The 5 that did not make it in on time, will be lined up at the entrance gate in order of qualifying. If a car pulls off or breaks, they will shoot the next car on the track. So the idea is to have 20 cars running the whole race. Than they invert from race 1 to start race 2. Thats the national rules for figure 8 racing. Something to that effect. It might not be exactly right but thats kinda in the ball park.
