I don't think this would ever go that great. Just like many other people have said. The economy isn't great and San Bernardino is a prime example of the effects. Building all of this with the potential of it to just sit would be a complete failure.
Victoria Gardens is located in a great place. There is money over there. No one is going to want to drive to San Bernardino for quality shopping in a quality area.
NOS is located in the ghetto. Drive any direction and you will see the neighborhoods. Look at all the druggies, hookers, homeless, low income people walking around downtown day and night.
Yes any downtown area is prone to having bad areas. But when I go through downtown it always seems just plain ass ghetto. Reason why I know this is because I live in the ghetto just a few miles southeast of the orangeshow.
This plan is stupidest thing right now. Anything in san bernardino is as good as it's going to get for now.
