The reason is quite obvious to me why he wants to make the track larger. It will eliminate the need to bump someone out of the way to pass if it is done right, and I'm sure Rick and his staff will do the leg work required to make the track a raceable, two groove track. If this happens I'll be willing to bet OSS will get more cars from TS@I and more cars that are just sitting now.....
