I think it may be an action to make the wall looks better and they use their boss's picture to post can be avoid the problem rendered because laws, there may not have a such vote like that.
Another example to support my point of view is the police petro car in that movie with PCT 21 on its door, but in New York City, you could never find where is the police PCT even now, they have PCT 20, but not the PCT 21, after 20 the next one called Central Park Police PCT.
I have my interest in this movie's filming location, I would like to find out any block or building in this movie still remained, I understand the film could be wrote an unexist number on the door just like the 347 etc, because they just like to cover, as for you, I hope you better be sleep earlier or you mom will scold you, take care.
