Dorothy Dandridge and WSS

I spent three days last week flat on my back fighting a virus. At least I got a chance to sleep and read. I read a bio of Dorothy Dandridge by Donald Bogle. Ms. Dandridge, short on money and long on debt, appeared in a limited-run production of WSS in Chicago in August and September 1962. She played Anita, but apparently her drinking and emotional problems precluded her from finishing the run. The book doesn't go into details, but does anyone know about this production, like who co-starred and who directed?
