Posted by Clint I spent a year or so training with Sifu Tony Kariotis at North Shore Wing Chun Gung Fu (incidentally, I remember meeting and training with Ed a handful of times). After that I've trained with my uncle off and on. I've been out of the loop for a while and I want to start training again. I live in Carol Stream and was wondering if anyone reputable is out in my neck of the woods (Western Suburbs), since drive time to the city is an issue for me. I suppose my worst case scenario is that I drill the basics and first form for a while, though I fear it'll be empty without a Sifu to correct bad habits and human contact for sensativity.
