Posted by James Teach whatever you like - but if you set up a forum, you should be prepared to offer a sensible answer to a reasonable question. If you don't have an explanation with regards my Poon Sau question, just say so! What, during your Chi Sau lessons, are you teaching students to achieve during Poon Sau? What, in your opinion, is the purpose of Poon Sau? There's two questions, asked politely. I hope you can reply to this
