my mom Vicki JOURDIN Did you know her

I am searching for anyone who knew my mother Vicki (Olwen) Jourdin.
All that I know is that she and I sailed from England sometime in 1944/45, probably 1945,
as we were in Toronto in Nov. 1945. My father Jim Jourdin had been shipped home to hospital there. I do not know the name of the ship nor date of when she and I arrived in Canada, only that there were soldiers on board.
A troop ship possibly? I would have been no older than 1 year old.
I should have asked these questions before her memories were lost.
Would love to make contact with anyone who knew her during the crossing, or could fill in some of the blanks for me.
