World War 2 war Bride Jeanne Deen [nee Brampton]

I am looking for the passenger list/ship/ that my friend Jeanne Deen [nee Brampton]born in Brighton England in 1924, came to Canada on in 1945 as a war bride - she remembers Pier 21 and the train that she came to Alberta on -
Her husband was Walter Eugene Deen and I don't know what branch of the Canadian Services he was in.
Jeanne has just passed away and I'm thinking that her family would like to see this information.
I am a genealogist.
