I have a severe 6 year old CD apraxic student who is distractible however is making small gains. He tries to carry on a conversation but is unintellible. We have been doing the usual oral motor, apraxic therapy but am now wondering if I should be implementing an aug communication device (simple). He came to my school a year ago. Any help would be nice.
