The problem could be one of two things: 1. Your school's filter is not allowing download of PDFs. You'll have to use a computer that is not connected to the school network. 2. Your computer's version of Adobe Reader is outdated or corrupt. Download and install Adobe Reader -- a free download from www.adobe.com. Hope this helps!
