It would seem that legally you are correct, however I'm not a lawyer. We all know how the system works. Legal complaints are ignored, delayed and circular filed. Judges are bought and paid for , veterans don't amount to squat. Perhaps
if lawyers for the DAV, VFW etc were involved something might happen, but I sincerley doubt it. I admire your efforts and tenacity. If there's anyway us veterans can help, just say the word.
