Many years ago , actually about 1998, I used to hear teenagers at outdoor restruants discussing how easy it was to make money in the stock market.Being that the market had been one of my loves of my life I took heed at the talk. When everday nitwits talk about the ease of profits in things, it is about crash time.
The other day while eating out I overheard some teenagers talking. In between accounts of their troubles with the law and with their mates, mention was made of how easy it was to make big profits "flipping" real estate.
Now lead times in various markets may vary, but I give real estate about two to four years before a collapse.Pray you haven't taken out a home equity loan to finance your childs education etc.
I say this only for my Vietnam Veteran brothers. The rest of them can eat it. Take cover.
