my name is erin and i'm doing a research paper on how music affected soldiers during the vietnam war. if anyone would be willing to respond to a question or two i would greatly appriciate it.
1. did music help you cope with what was going on in Vietnam at the time?
2. when you hear these songs today how does it affect you?
3. what songs motivated you the most?
4. what type of songs did you listen to while in Vietnam?
5. there was a quote that said "[music] even brought us a little bit closer to home..." do you agree with this quote? why/why not?

any responses to any of these questions would be greatly appriciated. however, i understand if no one wants to respond. thank you in advance.
