Thank you Mr. Wright. I originally wrote about the topic for a senior thesis paper at WCU. I am currently conducting more research to expand my writing. As a Vietnam Veteran's daughter this topic has began to consume me a bit. if you are interested in reading a rough draft of my previous thesis I would be happy to pass it along for your opinion on the topic.
