Where are my friends

I served in VN between Jan 70 to Dec 70 on LZ Dottie. Company B 39th Engineering Battlion. Was wondering if others like me have had so much trouble adjusting to life. Its my 3rd marriage, and I have flashbacks and nightmares. These things have been with me for over 35 years. I've also had heart attack, Melanoma, stroke and in 2003 was diagnosed with azhiemers.
