My dad was in the 1st 28th in '67-'68 as a grunt soldier and briefly a POW. I grew up in Vietnam too in sense. He used to tell me all his stories. I have a short story out in an anthology and am currently working on finding a publisher/agent for the complete book.
But it's about more to me than selling books. It's about bringing to light what happened and allowing both our country and it's people to heal.
