locating father

My father Larry Alexander from Flint Michigan went to Vietnam in approximately June of 1967. My mother and I are canadian, as she met him at an army base in Germany. We cannot seem to find any information on him....as in POW/MIA, returned alive, KIA or any sort of info...any info would be of great value...as its been too many years!
