Co worker brags of being a sniper in Vietnam

Hi everyone. I work with a man who is always bragging about 33 "confirmed" kills in Vienam. He states he was there in 1975, when he was 18. A member of The Walking Dead. Always rubbing our noses in it and stating how rough "the Island" was. He is 51 and definately does not have the demeanor of a true Marine, never mind a Vietnam Vet. We are all tired of (what we think) is false bravado? Any ideas? Thanks for any assistance.
