Dear veterans,

My name is Diana Johnson. I am a junior at Bedford High School in Bedford, Massachusetts. I am working on a history project on the psychological impact of the Vietnam War on its soldiers, which will be entered in a state competition of the National History Day Contest (http://www.nationalhistoryday.org/) on April 5.

I am hoping to include a collection of quotations (and pictures if you are willing to provide these as well) from Vietnam Veterans that visitors to my exhibit can view, because your words and images/pictures will bring real voices of soldiers to my project.
I want the viewers to understand what it means to be a Vietnam soldier. Your words will move them more than anything I can say myself.

Would you be willing to email me anything about your experience as a Vietnam soldier and veteran or just about yourself? It really can be anything, as short as one sentence or as long you would care to write. Any topic or opinion is okay. I want to present what you have to say.
