I'll leave some thoughts in case you check back on this site.
Vietnam was awesome, even overwhelming at times. From what I've heard, your traiing will be much better. Don't take the harrasment personally but be serious about learning the skills that will keep you and those around you alive.
You will be changed by your experience, allow it to be for the better. Always remember many others have gone through whatever may happen to you. They will not judge you or give "pat" answers to the questions you may end up with. Talk with us when you need to.
