Fellow veterans my name is Major Rob Boone and I am a veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and I am still on active duty. I am working on my masters degree and am going to write my thesis on the Phoenix Program. My intent is to dispell the many critics of the program that this was nothing more than a group of assassins. I would like to talk to anyone who was a part of the program or who could point me in the right direction.
