By law - should the state's be able to take from the veteran - money for child support. A 100% disabed veteran - and his only income is VA disability benefits, he presently has 1 child living with him and she has 2 children living with her - he pays almost $200.00 per month for the other 2 children - needs the rest of him money for his support, as well as the son who lives with him. Should the states be able to take more from him?
