I just wanted to tell you and all veterans Thank You. Thank you for serving and protecting us. I hate to think what our lives would be like if we didn't have you and the men and women who serve today.
I appreciate all veterans! For some reason though, the Vietnam Veterans hold a special place in my heart. I didn't know anyone who served. I have watched many Vietnam war movies. I know Hollywood stretches the truth or makes their own truth up. But, what these movies have done for me is created this big space in my heart and mind that is full of love for you guys. It makes me wish that I could've been there to support you all when you came home. I have heard stories about how some of you were treated and it hurts my heart.
I hope I have not offended anyone that may read this. If you think it will, please don't print it.
