Looking for Brother - Charles Hines

I am looking for my brother, Charles Hines, who hails from near Greenville, Mississippi. He entered the military during the late 60's and probably was discharged during the early to mid-1970's. Our dad who is now deceased was unsuccessful in locating him prior to his death in August, 1992. He did tell me that some local relatives told him that Charles went to South Carolina after being discharged from the military. There were also some rumors that he died. Any information is welcome, good or bad.
