Online there is a veteran health study done on Australian Vietnam Veterans. In some areas of health 100 fold increases in abnormalities were shown. Among the highest were stillborn deaths of children of vets but the various cancers were 300-500 % higher also. In every critical category Vietnam Veterans were 100s of percent higher than the control group. One of the few areas where Australian Vietnam Veterans were lower than the expected norm were in non health issues for example: Austalian Vietnam Veterans were more likely to be married than their peers.Of all Vietnam Veterans probably the majority were not affected by these cancers etc, so a 500% increase or a 1000% increase means nothing to them . For the Veteran at this moment dieing of cancer in some hospital bed by his family it means quite a bit more but he can't change it.
