Joe:
So far I've gotten the support of DAV, VVA, Al, VFW, NAACP, four cities and one county. More support of this size is cming in. The ELKs will be on board in May.
I've put the folks in the folks in the state capitol on the spot with this. Mostly because of my big mouth, attitude and a computer with a spell check. Thanks to the help I've gotten from lawyers, college professors and some elected officials, I'm generating a lot of public awareness. Enough, that if they ignore this, a lot of voters will be asking why.
If you live in a state where they already have these plates, maybe one of the smaller newspapers would be interested in what I'm doing. Won't hurt to ask.

: California has completely changed in the last
: fifty years. I was there to witness the
: change. Now the state is mostly immigrant,
: illegal and otherwise. In LA county alone
: there are over one million Iranian
: immigrants. The few US born citizens you
: find usually came from other states to work,
: It is very rare to find someone in
: California , who was born in
: California.Recently on the news there has
: been talk of the illegal immigration problem
: as if it's something new. In Califronia it
: was a big problem thirty five years ago, Now
: it's spread throughout our periphery
: states.People that live inland a little
: don't even have a clue what has happened but
: they will. Now it's too late to control
: it.The word overrun comes to mind.
: I doubt if California will do anything for
: vets, they will focus their attention on
: immigrants, but we'll see.
