Posted by DJ on 3/14/2006, 2:37 pm I have a question about Vietnam deployment policies in the earlier part of the war - from 1963 to 1968. I wonder if it's possible if troops stationed in other countries, such as Germany, could have been secretly deployed to Vietnam during their tour of duty? Does anyone know of any secret missions that soldiers must swear to never repeat related to Vietnam? Of course, if they are secret, one perhaps cannot speak of them here. Perhaps I should just say, is it possible that someone could be stationed in Germany, be deployed to Vietnam, but the trip is not recorded for some reason? Wasn't Germany a main port or push off place for other areas of the world? Just curious. Thanks. -DJ in Utah

Hi there, first I want to say, thank you for all of the sacrifices you've made in your time served in Vietnam, and I wish you all peace, contentment and harmony within.
