What happens when me, the veteran is released with a DD-214, and the form says "HONORABLE DISCHARGE" Yet there is also an RE-4 that also contradicts, the Honorable discaimer? How many years, must this Veteran have to pay for letting his VA-82 SQUADRON, IN THE UNITED STATES NAVY, down for having received a DWI, after having put two shifts side by side, on that specific night of January 17th, 1984, the day of his 2nd and last shift when he reported on his security watch, that the TOP SECRET ROOM, had been broken into, I,reported it to Petty Officer Arroyo, who told me to stand down, and they would take care of it! On that night having nothing to eat, I accepted an invitation to a party outside the base and upon my return, I totaled my Z28 off of base and in which I received a DWI. I have been pegged as a PTSD VETERAN, yet my main existance in trying to survive, all reflects on my military DD-214! I have paid for my error all these years, having to reflect on this issue, CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME AND ALSO HELP ME CORRECT THIS OPEN/CLOSED DOOR WITH MY DD-214 FORM????????????????
