Anyone and everyone can come any Tuesday night. The workouts don't usually get planned until we get to the starting line and everyone stands around and asks "What are we doing tonight?". At that time, we go into panic mode and the first person to suggest something reasonable, we go ahead and do.
If you do join us you need to remember one thing. Tuesday's workouts are done counterclockwise.
