As some may know. I am out of commission until my achilles heals up completely. Hurt it about 10 days before Tussey 50 miler, playing a stupid pick up game of soccer at a department picnic. IDIOT!!! Had to drop out of the 50 a little more than half way through. Sucks cause I felt just fine. Anyway, I will probably be out of commission for Philly Marathon too. If healed before then, I may run as a training run.
