Hi,
We came up for a vacation in 1968 and loved it so went back to Simi Valley and sold our house and moved up here. It has it's good points and bad. I do get tired of the grey days, but there are a lot of sunny ones too.
Did you know that Rae Nelson died when we were 47? I still miss her.
I am a "divorced widow". Two years ago, after a long separation we got divorced and then he died seven months later. Very sad. My mom died that same year. I also sold my house and bought a new one. I just retired from my horrible job and am now enjoying myself.
Stephen lives in Colorado and is retired from the Army.
When I think of life on Sunnyside Ave it is always good memories. It was a good time to grow up.
