HI I'm new here and I'm very happy of having found this site, well here is muy question. When I read Petals on the wind I became very confused because while Chris never falls for any girl Cathy falls for Paul and Bart but muy question is Did she really love them? or the only one she really loved in her life was Chris? I don't want to talk abou Julian because it is clear to me that Cathy only had pity for him not any love.
Could you explain me please?
Because almost in the end in Petals on the wind she said Bart Winslow was the only man she really loved and personally I think she loved him, yes and she was very attracted for him but the only one she really love was her own brother Chris but she din't want to reconized it because of the sin.
