The only book I know that mentions an amulet is Celeste. But she wasn't raped by her father, she had sex with the boy next door and had a baby with him. She had a twin brother named Nobel and they both had amulets but they were switched when she had to pretend she was Nobel after he died. They weren't witches, they could just talk to the dead.
