John, I was getting ready for thanksgiving dinner at MMCM Pattison's house when we received word to report back to the Jouett. My self and another QM came back wearing civvies and stood our sea detail on the bridge wearing them until the XO sent us below to change and set the watch. I remember gettin 3 days off for going to sea that weekend. Jouett is holding her 4th reunion in San Diego in 2006. As president of the assoc. I would like to invite you to attend. I understand you guys also will be holding one in May 2006. Were you with Lt. Lasson when he made the historic midnight ride?
