I'll be at the reunion in Portland. Went to high school just 25 miles west of there. That area's well known to me.
Stepped aboard Jouett the first time in July, 1966, as part of her nucleus crew at PSNS in Bremerton. Left Jouett for shore duty in 1968, then reassigned to her in 1973 for a a year and a half.
Lookin' forward to seeing old shipmates and meeting those who followed my tours.
