Jill the daughter of Donnie Bumbalough is trying to contact anyone who remembers her father. I recieved the following email. "I am trying to reach out to anyone who may have served with my father between 1971-1973 on the Jouett or the Stien. His name was Donnie Bumbalough from Tennessee. He was a machineist. Please contact me if you can help."
